As your health coach and personal advocate, I will help you develop a strong mindset and a healthier diet and lifestyle.  You’ll discover how to lose weight without dieting or denial.

Healthy can be enjoyable and sustainable. 

Your weight loss journey will be based on your unique body type, health concerns, and preferences.


Fuel Mindset 

This is where we identify and handle disrupters and obstacles to weight loss.  You will have new tools to deal with emotions that effect your cravings, lifestyle choices, digestion, mood, and motivation.  You will know what foods heal or hurt your body and develop mindful eating practices.  By the end of this stage, you will be in a better mood, understand your body better, feel empowered and confident.

Nourish Body

You’ll be eating delicious and nutritious foods that energize and heal your body.  Your relationship with food will be renewed.  You will be enjoying a balanced and satisfying lifestyle. Your mind, body, and spirit with be nourished with plenty of self-love and self-care.  You have completed this stage when you feel more energized, have smooth digestion, clear skin, and improving lab results. 

Lose Weight & Feel Great

Your body is, now, working for you to shed unwanted pounds, and your lab results are continuing to improve!  Your metabolism is steady and self-care routines have squelched chronic fatigue and cravings. Your body is releasing stored fat; including around your middle.  You have completed this stage when you breath and sleep better, feel lighter, happier, and more comfortable in your body and clothes.

  • Connect the dots between who you are and who you want to be
  • Develop short and long-term goals
  • Establish timelines and work toward sustainable change



Gold Journey: Lose 40+ pounds for women age  40+ Twelve (12) – 60 minute, bi-weekly sessions 

Silver Path:  Lose under 40 pounds for women age 40+ : Eight  (8) – 60 minute, bi-weekly sessions 

  • You’ll receive a Client Progress Summary; including professional recommendations following each session
  • Email and text support between sessions 
  • A variety of handouts, recipes, and materials specific to your goals and needs
  • Periodic giveaways: food, self-care items, book, etc.
  • Holistic techniques to strengthen your mind, body, and spirit
  • Detailed, End-of Program Summary 
  • Choice of meal preparation class or pantry assessment (in-person or virtual)
  • Option to join Make Healthy Fit’s, month-by-month Membership Program; and get the first month for free


Health coaching sessions are conducted in-person or by phone.
