As your health coach and personal advocate, I will help you develop a healthier diet and a foundational food plan that is based on the severity of your digestive symptoms.  You will create an enjoyable, sustainable lifestyle that provides both relief and healing.  You will cultivate the mind-body balance essential to calming your digestive track and enhancing your qualify of life.  As applicable, weight management coaching support is provided.

Your health and wellness journey will be based on your unique body type, health concerns, and preferences.


Fuel Mindset 

We will decipher your body’s unique needs and stressors.  You will know what foods heal or hurt your body and eat more mindfully.  You will learn how to quickly deal with the typical downhearted emotions caused by chronic illness.  As you start to replenish the nutrients and minerals robbed by mood shifts, your digestive process will start to work better.   By the end of this stage you will be applying holistic practices to increase energy and enhance your mood. You will feel empowered with confidence because you will have a clear plan to follow.

Get Relief

You will be eliminating foods that trigger gut and bowel inflammation and replace them with delicious foods and supplements that are easier to digest and increase nourishment of your body.  You will reduce inflammation, rebalance gut flora (bacteria), and facilitate healing of your digestive track.  By the end of this stage, cravings associated with nutrient deficiencies will lessen because the body will be absorbing more vitamins and minerals.  Your energy will continue to increase and digestive issues and pain will calm down.

Enhance Quality of Life

We will co-create lifestyle goals for ongoing improvement of your well-being.  You will identify the non-food-related toxins that negatively effect your liver, gut, and other elimination organs.  You will become clear on why and how you will implement important lifestyle changes to optimize health.  By the end of this stage, you will feel more in control and know how to maintain an enhanced quality of life.

  • Develop short and long-term goals
  • Establish timelines and work toward sustainable change




Twelve (12) – 60 minute, bi-weekly sessions 


  • You’ll receive a Client Progress Summary; including professional recommendations following each session
  • Email and text support between sessions 
  • A variety of handouts, recipes, and materials specific to your goals and needs
  • Periodic giveaways: food, self-care items, book, etc.
  • Holistic techniques to strengthen your mind, body, and spirit
  • Detailed, End-of Program Summary 
  • Choice of meal preparation class or pantry assessment (in-person or virtual)
  • Option to join Make Healthy Fit’s, month-by-month Membership Program; and get the first month for free


Health coaching sessions are conducted in-person or by phone.
