I started on my journey thinking I needed to lose weight in order to be a better runner when in fact I needed to become well rounded person in order to reach that goal -MIND~BODY~SPIRIT! One month into my journey, I ran a race in Philadelphia and for the first time I finished with thumbs up and a huge smile on my face – I felt great! Michele has made a huge difference in my life – in the way I look at things and the choices that I make – not only with regards to food, but with the way I allow others to treat and speak to me. Now, I understand just how my environment, work life, finances, home life and of course food choices all affect my weight and my health in general. Although my sessions with Michele have concluded, my journey is just getting started. I now have a different outlook on life, and I owe it all to Michele for opening my eyes to this wonderful world!
