Michele J. Rossi is the CEO and Founder of Make Healthy Fit, Inc. and holds certifications as an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach and Training Facilitator. She’s a long-time resident of South Jersey, and the proud single mother of Sara.
Michele became a health coach after her triumph over obesity and Type 2 diabetes. Determined to avoid insulin, she paved a new path to weight loss, shed 115 pounds, reversed her insulin resistance, ditched medications, and underwent excess skin removal surgery.
Michele serves as a speaker, private coach, leads group coaching programs and health and wellness workshops. Her clients have achieved goals related to weight loss, blood sugar balance, stress reduction, energy levels, and harmony in all areas of life, including relationships.
Michele merges her expertise in health coaching, dietary theories and nutrition with experience and compassion to develop client-focused programs. She guides, advocates for; & empowers women to lead extraordinary lives by nourishing their mind, body, & spirit.
Before founding her own company, Michele held corporate leadership positions in large healthcare organizations. As a Certified Healthcare Quality Professional, she was responsible for educating and leading all levels of leadership, medical professionals, and staff to improve quality, patient safety, customer satisfaction, and compliance with accreditation and regulatory standards.
Michele has served as the President of the Delaware Association for Healthcare Quality and a Judge among those who bestow the Delaware Quality Award for business.
She received her health coach training from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and holds professional memberships with the International Association for Health Coaches, the American Diabetes Association, and International Association for Women.
