Meet the Author

 

Michele J. Rossi is the CEO and Founder of Make Healthy Fit, Inc., and an impactful health and lifestyle coach, healthcare quality expert, consultant, speaker, certified training facilitator, writer, and highly respected leader.  She’s a long-time resident of South Jersey, and the proud single mother of Sara.

Michele became a health coach after her triumph over obesity and Type 2 diabetes. Determined to avoid insulin, she paved a new path to weight loss, shed 115 pounds, reversed her insulin resistance, ditched medications, and underwent excess skin removal surgery.

Michele is known for her commitment to excellence, attention to detail, and natural ability to inspire and guide both individuals and organizations to embrace positive change, improve, and transform.  

Foremost, Michele is a Spiritual Entrepreneur; helping to raise the consciousness of the world so that everyone can experience the love, health, healing, inner peace, and bliss that’s waiting for them.

Michele serves as a speaker, consultant, private coach, leads group coaching programs and health and wellness workshops.  She merges her expertise in health coaching, dietary theories and nutrition with experience and compassion to develop client-focused programs.

Prior to becoming a coach, Michele served as a Corporate Healthcare Quality & Patient Safety Leader, Judge for the State of Delaware Quality Award for Business, and the President of the Delaware Association of Healthcare Quality.  

She’s a recipient of the Salem County Commission on Women’s “Women of Achievement Award” for volunteer services; strengthening the community.

The National Association of Professional Women (NAPW) honored Michele as a inductee into its VIP Woman of the Year Circle; recognized with this prestigious distinction for leadership in entrepreneurship.
